My Story

Like many of the clients I work with, my journey toward health started with a personal transformation. At my heaviest I weighed nearly 100 kilograms. Frustrated by fad diets and quick fixes, I committed to learning the science of nutrition and exercise. Through consistent lifestyle changes I reclaimed my wellbeing and developed a deep curiosity for how food and movement can heal and energise.

This curiosity led me to earn a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Food and Nutritional Science and later a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Malta. I became a state‑registered dietitian and a certified personal trainer, co‑founding My Personal Trainer Malta to provide integrated nutrition and fitness coaching. Today I work with individuals of all ages and health statuses, drawing on my own experience to guide and inspire.

The heart of my practice is compassion, science and sustainability. I believe that food should nourish both body and soul, and that true health is achieved through habits that are enjoyable and sustainable. My programmes are tailored to each individual — no two bodies are exactly alike, so your nutrition plan shouldn’t be either.
